Class Information

 

Welcome to Ruby Bay Yoga Studio.


Please arrive on-time or a little early to ensure your space.  Be respectful of others.  If you must leave early or arrive late, Please do so quietly.

Best to shower before practise and avoid heavy purfumes.

Turn off all mobile phones and leave shoes at the door.

MOST important - Breathe deep through your nose.

Practise with bare feet.

Practise in the present moment with 'beginner's mind'.

Look to your inside....not at what others are doing.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Empty tummy is best....at least 2 hours after meals.

Listen to YOU....Do what feels best for you....go to your edge but NOT over.

When menstruating - refrain from inversion poses.

Drink Heaps of water after class.

You will get the most benefit if you are IN YOUR MOMENT - Focus on YOU....Be YOU!
